Loving Paws will be hosting its first annual Adopt a Dog Day June 9, 2012 from 10am -4pm.  Please come out with the whole family as there will be over 30 wonderful dogs looking for their forever home.  If you are planning on a new addition to the family in 2012, Loving Paws Adopt a Dog Day is your day.  Come and mingle with other dog owners and take a look at some of the great dogs that are up for adoption.  You will be able to handle the dogs, pet them or even take them for a short walk.  All the dogs will be full vaccinated, socialized and ready to go home.  If the dog hasn’t been spayed or neutered we do ask that you pay in advance for this procedure ensuring your pet will be spayed/neutered when the dog is at the appropriate age.  Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

Christmas is right around the corner, and the only thing on Loving Paws’ wishlist is donations to help adopt a very special dog. Loving Paws is looking to adopt a blue merle Shetland sheep dog for all of our programs. “Lucy” will be trained as a therapy dog and go with us to our events, including hospitals, homes and schools to bring love and joy to those who need it.

In order to adopt a dog we need to raise $2,000 to cover all veterinary needs, food, and initial training. To donate you can use the button on our page, our shop, or drop by Camp K-9 and purchase a t-shirt, hand-made dog bed, or our other goodies we are offering.
